  • King Reports Record Breaking First Quarter 2014 Results

King, the leading interactive mobile entertainment company, have just reported their financial results for the first quarter of 2014.

Q1, 2014 has been fruitful (to say the least) for King, who are reported to have generated a record quarterly mobile gross bookings of $480 million. Their adjusted EBITDA has more than tripled to $249 million.

One reason behind this growth could be down to the reach and size of the player network expanding, with monthly unique users increasing to 352 million in Q1, 2014. Three King games were top 10 grossing games on all major platforms – Apple App Store and Google Play Store (US) and Facebook (worldwide) for Q1-14.
