ArcBotics - Sparki doesn’t light up or move

Sparki doesn’t light up or move

Sparki’s electronics can be powered by either the USB or the internal batteries, while the motors can only be powered by batteries.

Knowing this, make sure the electronics work first, by plugging in the USB power. If this doesn’t make Sparki light up, something isn’t working. Contact us at [email protected]

If the electronics light up via USB, but not on batteries, try the following:
  1. Make sure the On switch is on. It is on Sparki’s left rear, next to the USB port.
  2. Make sure the batteries are fresh. Try new ones, or fully charge your existing ones.

If on battery power alone Sparki’s electronics work, but the motors do not move, it is likely that the batteries have enough energy to power the electronics, but not the motors. Again, try fresh batteries, and make sure the on switch it on. If neither of these things work, contact [email protected]
