Chassis bundle

We ordered three robots bundle for our students to use in class. I assembled and tested one of them and worked perfectly. I assembled the second one but didn't; the main motors didn't move in any direction, also only the tilt server motor works. I got wifi functioning and manger to get images from the camera but only the tilt motor works. I reassembled the robot but didn't help. Also I swapped the SD card with the one which worked also no improvement. Our robot now doesn't make any movement, please help.

Sorry for the delayed reply to this. The first post that people make to the forum doesn't appear immediately as I've got an approval process in place to combat spam. Unfortunately I haven't worked out how to set up an alert to tell me when a post is waiting for approval yet.

I replied yesterday evening to the email you sent, but for other people reading, the problem with the neck servo may be that it's a bit stiff. This can be a problem with those servos if they haven't been used before, and they can often be loosened up by attaching one of the servo horns and moving the motor back and forth gently.

The other problem you're seeing might be down to a power issue, although I saw from your order that you'd bought the USB powerbanks we sell. The thing to check here is if the powerbank is charged, and if it is, whether swapping it for the first robot's powerbank helps.
