Many rotary tools allow the user to set the spindle
speed by changing the ratio of pulleys. The main shaft turns at the rate
of the motor, and then a pulley system steps up or down that speed to the
spindle. This calculator computes the best pulleys slots to use a desired
RPM. The default values are for a Tiag milling machine. Enter in the
pulley diameters for the motor shaft and the spindle shafts
