As Picasa Web Albums allows the uploaders to change their licensing at any time, this is provided as a method to confirm the copyright status of these files as acceptable on the Commons. Files in this category were not available on Picasa Web Albums under a free license when the admin or trusted user reviewed them and were tagged with {{picasareview|AdminName|Date|current Picasa license}}.
Most files in this category are tagged with either {{npd}} (no permission) or {{copyvio}} (copyright violations) and therefore will be speedy deleted or deleted when the npd expires.
