Summary[edit]

Description
English: Front elevation on Duke Street. This Grade II listed building was built c. 1800 and in 1952 became Liverpool's first library. In 1900 it was the offices of Peter Walker, wine merchant, and is now the offices of the Bibby Line, a prominent Liverpool shipping company.
