Deutsch: Rennwagen-Eigenbau von Jakob Lauer (* 1912, † 11.2004) aus den Jahren 1947/48 mit Fahrwerk, Zweizylinder-Zweitaktmotor und Getriebe eines DKW F8, Baujahr 1939; Hubraum des Motors 690 cm³, Leistung anfangs etwa 22 PS, später bis zu 40 PS. Das Foto entstand beim Oldtimer-Grand-Prix des AvD 1986 im Fahrerlager des Nürburgrings; am Steuer des Wagens Jakob Lauer.
English: Race car self-made by Jakob Lauer (* 1912, † 11.2004) from the years 1947/48 with suspension, two-cylinder two-stroke engine and gearbox of a DKW F8, built in 1939; displacement of the engine 690 cc, power initially about 22 hp, later up to 40 hp. The photo was taken at the Oldtimer Grand Prix of the AvD 1986 in the paddock of the Nürburgring; at the wheel of the car Jakob Lauer
