Description |
Dansk: Tørret Lodde (Mallotus villosus) eller på grønlandsk, ammasatter, en traditionel spise i Grønland. Retten blev serveret ved en åben reception (kaffemik) i forbindelse med konfirmationen af en grønlandsk pige. Fiskene er tørret på klipper i sollys.
English: Dried Capelin (Mallotus villosus), or ammasat a traditional dish in Greenland. Here served at an open reception (kaffemik) as part of the social acitivities related to the Confirmation of a Greenlandic girl. The fish are dried on rocks exposed to sunlight.
Français : Plat de Capelan (Mallotus villosus, ammasat en groenlandais) séchés, servi au cours d'un repas dans le cadre des festivités accompagnant la confirmation d'une jeune groenlandaise. Le poisson a été séché au soleil sur des rochers.
