Description
Deutsch: Pegelbrunnen des Künstlers Martin Reinhardt (* 30.06.1959 – † 14.11.2013) auf dem Kapuzinerplatz in Koblenz, eingeweiht im Sommer 2011. An den Säulen sind die höchsten Hochwasserstände des Rheins abzulesen, die Kugel über der Krone aus dem Koblenzer Stadtwappen zeigt die Höhe der 2003 fertiggestellten Hochwasserschutzwand an.
