Summary[edit]
Description |
English: When one man could cause so much evil - think about how much love we can create together. --Helle Gannestad
Screenshot of the source to the quote that was featured on CNN after the 2011 Norway attacks that according to the Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang should be correctly attributed to Helle Gannestad with the Twitter profile @Uhellet.[1] When Stine Renate Håheim was interviewed by CNN's Richard Quest on 23 July 2011 she rephrased the words to "If one man can create that much hate, you can only imagine how much love we as a togetherness can create."[2] This phrase was later quoted by Norwegian prime minister Jens Stoltenberg during the memorial service on Sunday 24 July 2011, attributed to "the AUF girl who was interviewed by CNN".[3][4]Norsk bokmål: Når en mann kan forårsake så mye ondt - tenk hvor mye kjærlighet vi kan skape sammen. --Helle Gannestad
