The photographical reproduction of this work is covered under the "Law on Copyright and Related Rights" of the Republic of Honduras, Decree No. 4-99-E, Title IV, Chapter II, Article 52, which states that "it is lawful to reproduce a work of art on permanent display in the streets, plazas or any other public place by means of an art different from that used for the making of the original. With respect to buildings, this right is limited to the exterior facade".
