This template may meet the criteria for speedy deletion. This file is a copyright violation because this media is a logo or a derivative work thereof, which are always presumed to be copyrighted unless they are too simple to be copyrightable. Unless licensed under a free license, copyrighted logos are not accepted on Wikimedia Commons. Recreating a logo yourself does not give you the right to license it under a free license, and fair use claims are not allowed on Wikimedia Commons. |
