Ever built a quick demo on a breadboard that needed a pot to adjust some parameter? As soon as someone tries to turn it, things come loose. That is, if they even try… little trim pots aren’t very inviting to touch & turn.
More details about this PCB are available at this blog article.
This pot adaptor board lets you use real full size (6mm shaft) pots on breadboards. With 10 header pins, the pot mounts securely to the breadboard, even when people turn the knob!
The pot in these photos is Digikey # PTV09A-4020U-B103-ND.

S/PDIF optical output for Teensy 3.1.
Parts Required:
Everlight PLT133/T6A connector, Digikey 1080-1434-ND
Capacitor, 0.1 uF, 0805 size, Digikey 1276-1003-1-ND
The Teensy Audio library now officially supports S/PDIF output. WAV File Player Example (in Arduino: File > Examples > Audio > WavFilePlayer) has been updated to show how to use it.
The S/PDIF output object is now available in the Audio System Design Tool, so you can easily create arbitrarily complex audio projects with digital S/PDIF output.
Special thanks to Frank Boesing for developing the S/PDIF encoding code!
Ongoing development conversation here:
The S/PDIF signal is output on pin 22. An inexpensive connector (Digikey 1080-1434-ND), or simply a red LED, can be used to couple the digital audio to an optical TOSLINK cable! Resistors and a small transformer can also be used, for non-optical RCA connector S/PDIF.

This is the little test board shown here:
http://www.pjrc.com/store/display_ili9341.html
Parts used on the board are:
LM7805 voltage regulator Digikey LM7805ACT-ND
B130 Schottky diode Digikey B130-FDICT-ND
140 mA PTC fuse Digikey 507-1495-1-ND
100 ohm 1/4 watt resistor Digikey 100XBK-ND
DC power jack Mouser 163-7620E-E
1uF 0805 capacitor Digikey 1276-1066-1-ND
An older version of this board had a minor error. You can easily identify the board version by the location of the 100 ohm resistor.
