This board kills power to the thrusters on the submarine and transmits a signal over UART to the sensor board to inform it that the thrusters are offline.

This board interprets signals sent to it from external sensors and converts all data to uart and creates packages. These packages are then sent up to the UART board for conversion to USB to be sent directly to the computer.
