BA662 Clone with DC offset Trimmer

Clone of the BA662 OTA use in old Roland Machines. I’ve added a trimmer and resistor to trim off the DC offset like on the SH-101 PCB. Interestingly enough, those parts were never populated on the SH-101 (probably cheaper to bin the parts for offset). This is the same mod that I documented for the x0xb0x..
