Ampeg 70’s V4B vintage power supply, nodes A, B, C, D, and E.
This is a general purpose design that allows two options for connecting node B. R55 spacing allows for one 10W 470Ω resistor or two parallel 5W 1KΩ resistors, one on the top of the board, the other on the bottom.
Sized for Nichicon GW and GX series snap-in capacitors.
Mounted with 4-40 screws on one inch hex standoffs. Uses the four existing cap can mounting holes so the chassis does not have to be modified.

PIC16F88 micro-controller driving an old Optrex 16x2 LCD to display 3 voltages and 2 currents. Currents are measured using MAX4172 high side sensors and negative LCD contrast voltage is generated with a PWM based charge-pump.
