THIS IS NOT TESTED! Kumar: you can get the gerbers from https://goo.gl/kku0VM (drill is in a separate folder), although the folder says “rev1” but they’re for v1.1

Binary converter for 12v car lights. Used to convert digital (‘ABC’ wires) output from GM transmission to directly power 12v dash lights (P,R,N,D,2,Low,…) in older cars.
IC1: CD4011BE
IC2-4: CD4023BE
R1-8: 1k
R9-11: 4k7
Q1-8: 2N2907
Headers are 5mm screw terminals (though it may be just as easy to solder wires directly in). J16: A/B/C (binary inputs). J17: power and ground. J18-20 power outputs.
Can use jumper J1 to pull inputs high (as I needed) or low.
Can use jumper J3 (and switch 2N2907 transistors to 2N2222) to make this a low-side output switch.
