PLEN Playground - Forum

Hello I have a problem with my plen 2 . I have used Plen util's to set my Plen's home positions and thats fine . I turn Plen on with the usb plugged in and Plen linked to motion editor so when I play the motions on motion editor Plen moves like he should but as soon as disconnect Plen from motion editor and  I remove the usb from Plen and turn off plen then turn him back on (both switches) his arms and legs all twist to the right really badly and they dont stop twisting until I turn Plen off (both switches)

has anyone got an recommendations ?.
these are things I have tried :

replacing the battary.
reinstalling the Plen firmware
redoing all Home Positions using the plen utils
reinstalling all motions using Plen util's
unplugging all servos and plugging them back in.
using reset on the Plen motherboard
and clicking the button on Plen 's head board.

Please help. I've spend many hours 3D printing, sanding, painting and building my Plen 2 and this has happened :( Thanks for your help
