Reorg and cleanup #6

This PR is just to start a discussion.

I took a day and reorganized the code as a modern js project

Brought in Yarn
Used ES6 modules and js classes
Use rollup to generate final library
Push demo app into its own seperate directory
Add convenience scripts to package.json for development

All existing features work. The weird photonic3d js integration file has yet to be rewritten.


        fix: start turning this into a real project


        Create linter file


        fix: Use eslint fix to clean up js


        fix: Make eslint mostly happy. photonic3d.js is a mess of globals though


        fix: Get Slacer working again.

Poor man's modules need var instead of let


        feature: Bring in lite-server to make local dev easier


        fix: disable photonic3d for now as its a mess of globals


        feature: Added command to lint, and run local dev server

Local dev server supports hot reload


        Convert to js classes, fat arrow callbacks, and fix stl loading


        fix: Reworked this into a more modern style js project

* Non-library code moved to app * Switched to es6 modules * Generate final libs via rollup * Setup lite-server to serve it for dev mode


        Moved stl under app as well


        fix: Get hot code reloading working when serving demo app


        Fix: Move dependencies to yarn and package.json
