I guess the feature was developed for projector shutter? and was thinking for LCD/UV we might need another solution. May be slightly increasing the cure times might help getting rid of background curing with starting UV same time as displaying image on LCD.

Seems at the moment UV is turned on and image displayed after wait period.

During the printing process, the resin under background exposure keeps accumulating photons. Once the number of photons received per unit area reaches the threshold dosage, the resin will start turning into solid.
Have you ever seen bits of resin flakes attached to your print? This is a physical example of background exposure affecting your print. The reason for this is because the resin close to the printing zone is being cured slowly by both the background exposure and the scattering light from the pattern. Once the resin in the region near the patterns accumulates enough photons, thin layers attaching to the model may form and get separated from the Teflon film (as shown in the Photo 1). Sometimes, part of the layer could drop or remain at the vat floor (as shown in the Photo 2). A model that requires a longer time to print is more likely to form these flakes. The worst case scenario is when a fast resin is cured by the background light, it could stick to the vat floor firmly and pull your model out of the platform or even break your model into two pieces.

Found it in nanodlp plate but not standalone slicer.

I dont see any info in zip folder regarding above parameters generated by nanodlp slicer.

Is area calculation based on actual slice or image processing and is it available if we upload a zip file? How does nanodlp remote slicer works does it use same package like zip with png files?

When I process the plate in new build it says processing complete, but when I go into Layers I dont see any slices and also when I go back into plates it says plate not processed yet. If I click recreate it does nothing.

Is there a way to set user defined variables? I dont want to run external commands multiple times. Just once and store it in variable and do some computations in nanodlp to be used in different places.

Seems it fixed the error, so no error in log, but in Terminal both syscall and ExecReturn dont show any value. Though in python I use sys.exit to return the result and seems to work in command prompt.

AA seems to have pro & cons and might be good to add a option to disable it.
AA created smoother surfaces but at same time might loose detailed features, also AA is not recommended when you need accurate 3d fit (dental).

Thanks for help, but still same error. I checked on internet and tried all directory path structures
\\\\ \\ / doesnt seem to help. Wondering if its permission issue, if so where can I set it.
