Hello to everybody,

I'm new to this forum and I just got our new "mUVe 3D DLP Pro+" for the school up and running. The printer is working but I get some errors displayed, later more.

BUILD 1209
1.)
First I have some issues with switching On/Off the projector ( ViewSonic PJD7720HD ) using an RS232 to USB adaptor. I tested everything I found on this forum as well on the manual from mUVe, but getting no signal.

I testet USB/Serial Port Address:
/dev/ttyACM0 - up to 4
and the same for
/dev/ttyUSB0  - up to 4

As I found the correct port it saved successfully under /dev/ttyUSB0 and also in the second test /dev/ttyUSB1
(but the printer board runs already under /dev/ttyUSB0  so I left it as /dev/ttyUSB1)
I also have the right On/Off settings, but when I press on the NanoDLP software the On switch, notting happens ?

Which leads to my second problem.
If I press " starting print " it's showing me every 2 seconds

3.)
The prints which coming out have always interrupted layers visible in the prints.
I tested all STL fliles and they are perfect water-tide and printing well on our other DLP system.
May this could come from the Error comunication problems, mentioned above ? Like slicing went wrong... ?
Or the stepper motor get wrong signal and missing steps ?

NanoDLP telling me also = Connectivity problem Get http://www.nanodlp.com/build.muve3d.txt: dial tcp: lookup www.nanodlp.com on 192.168.2.1:53: read udp 192.168.2.100:59555->192.168.2.1:53: i/o
Es we have no internet right now, only slow modem... I hook it up with a wireless connecting between to PC (browser) and the PI only.
Could this cause trouble in print quality too ?

I appreciate any suggestion
