Hi Shahin,
I appreciate it was my mistake but a box popping up saying 'this is longer than your Z axis' and resetting it to a sensible value would be preferable to a Z axis crash and would not need switch checking. Just an idea.

Just stumbled across a bug with the resin depth setting. I was using it set to 10mm and went to change it to 15mm but accidentally changed it to 150mm (larger than my max z movement) and did not notice. At the end of the print it ignored the end stop switch and rammed the carriage into the physical stop. I am using physical 29 BCM 5 and no ramps boards just direct drive. It is repeatable. Setting it back to 15mm solves problem but it does mess up all the alignments if you make this mistake.

I just imported a new meshmixer file and also had the same error!
Retracing my steps from yesterday, I had increased the post sides to 32 and then hit the convert to solid button and replaced the existing with the new. This fixed it again on my today's file so I'm not sure if the post sides made the difference or not but the convert to solid fixed it for me again today.
Hi Shahin.
It does not actually hang but the status message changes to uploading and the browser just sits there with the twirly thing. I waited 20 mins or so a few times and then gave up. The nanodlp is still working if you click on a menu option. The stl file is over 100MB and when converted to an SLC is only 16MB which loads in a few seconds.
I had a couple of failed prints caused by this same problem using meshmixer generated supports. The same problem also occurs even if you import the STL file into Rhinocerus and export it as an SLC file so I don't think it is a nanoDLP problem as such. If you are using Meshmixer, there is an option in the Overhangs/Advanced Support menu called Post Sides. This defaults to 16. Set this to 32 and the problem goes away as the posts are much smoother. At least it did for me using Rhino to generate the SLC. I can't try importing the STL file directly as it always hangs for me (large STL file)
