Description |
English: 3D rendering of the raw data from one analyzed embryo and the template used to construct the atlas model at 6.3 hpf. Both analyzed embryo and template were imaged from the dorsal side but otherwise randomly oriented. After registration with Match-IT, the expression patterns stained in the analyzed embryo, gsc (red) and tbx16 (green) are gathered in the atlas together with the gsc (orange). This movie is available as Supplementary Material to this paper and at http://bioemergences.iscpif.fr/documents/MovieS1-RawData.wmv.
