English: Imaging of Diabetogenic Immunity in a Peptide-Induced Transfer Model. Inflamed islets (green) are imaged at several stages of beta cell decay with varying levels of diabetogenic infiltrate (red). All movies were acquired at day 7–8 after cell transfer, right before clinical diabetes onset. For xyz dimensions, see figure legend 3. Time resolution is 1 minute.
