dagu robot control problems

hi there i just bought your dagu robot bundle with Raspberry Pi B+ and camera for my son. He has put it all together, installed your pre-loaded micro sd card and it worked fine using the wifi remote controls form a macbook pro. All motor control and video feed worked for 24hours. But just now now my son booted it up as usual and the pan and tilt head is stuck on a repeating left right twitch and there is no control over the main robot motors . There is a video feed. If you unplug the pan servo the twitch stops and there is control over the tilt servo but still no control of the main robot motors. Can you help. My son is a beginner and I'm a complete technophobe dinosaur. So treat us gently. Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

I'm hoping that the problem is that you're using the robot with the Tecknet USB powerbank, and that you've forgotten to flick the switch on the Mini Driver to 'on'. The USB powerbank gives good battery life for the robot, but this is a bit of a pitfall for people just getting started I'm afraid.
