Exactly what you'd expect

It's difficult to give a sensible review what are essentially just wires.
The questions you might have are...
Are they wires? Yes.
Can you split off individual wires properly? Yes.
Do they fit pins sticking out of things? Yes.
What I haven't tried yet is cutting one on half, stripping the cut portions, to see how stiff the wire is, and if they'll stick into a breadboard or arduino headers cleanly, but if it isn't that's easy enought to work with.
