Returns Policy


If you're considering returning an item bought from Dawn Robotics, please send an email first to sales@dawnrobotics.co.uk to see if there's any other way we can resolve the problem, and so that we know that the item is on its way.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may return items purchased from Dawn Robotics for any reason within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

In order to qualify for the refund, items must be returned in an undamaged state with all of the original parts and accessories that they came with. You need to pay for return postage, but if it turns out we've sent you faulty goods then this postage will be refunded.

When returning items, please enclose a note saying why you are returning the items and whether you require replacement goods or a refund. Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We therefore strongly recommend that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
