Gangs three Luxeon 3535L packages in parallel. Exposes a large groundable heatsink on the back. Has a notch in each end to facilitate screw mounting. Has a spot for a chip resistor in series with the LEDs.
Note that this design contains two boards to meet OSH Park’s minimum size requirements. That is, if you place an order for 3 instances of this design, you will receive 6 small boards.
