Uses two Boscam RX5808 modules and the diversity controller designed by youtube user RCModelReviews. Includes a switch (SK23D07) that allows direct manual access to the audio/video signals from receivers 1,2 or diversity.
Left position = signal from left antenna, right pos = right antenna, center pos= AV signal as determined by diversity controller.
If you can’t source a switch, simply bridge the upper middle two (video) and lower middle two pins (audio). This will direct the AV output from the diversity circuit to the output
There is another (earlier) version of this board with a LM117 voltage regulator. I have removed it as I have read that it gets far too hot even with 2S. In this case the 22uF 3216 tantalum caps are not needed.
You will need a 5V input (some say that you can go down to 3.3V, but you will have to experiment with that). If you decide to use an external voltage regulator and it has a diode already built in, you might bridge the pads for the diode.
Here is a solution by a german fpv forums member (page 2): http://fpv-community.de/showthread.php?60613-Simples-DIY-2-fach-Diversity-von-screamercx-mit-Modulen-onboard

If you need more channels/bands you can open the RX5805 Module and connect BX and S to the corresponding spots on the PCB. Below is the website by der-frickler where he explains how he did it.

Here is a picture showing where the leads have to be soldered to (Pins 8 and 48, big yellow circles):

If you f*** up like I did the first time and rip the pads off, you could try soldering the leads directly to the chip (small yellow circles)

*rled = resistor for LED, has to be calculated depending on LED-specifications and voltage input.

0805 resistors, caps and LEDs SOIC14 op-amp and bilateral switch
you have to calculate the resistor value for LEDs according to LED specs/input voltage
