Servo and ultrasonic sensor adapter for Arduino LCD Keypad shield

Utilize digital I/O via the 7 pin connector at the upper edge of an Arduino LCD Keypad Shield. Presents 7 digital I/O signals as five “servo GVS” headers for D0, D1, D2, D3, and D11, and one ultrasonic sensor header using D12 and D13
