PID temperature controller shield for reading in thermocouple data and using the results to control a SSR.
Based on MAX 31855 thermocouple amplifier. Has a Newport PCC-SMP-K mini thermocouple connector, JST XH-4 connector to the SSR/PSU assembly, and a header for the Adafruit 128x32 I2C OLED Display. Includes level shifting MOSFETs to play safely with 5V Arduinos (but assumes the 3.3V power line is, in fact, 3.3V).
