Breakout board for QFP ICs.

This design allows QFP packages of up to 48 pins to be broken out to 0.1" header. The specially-designed chip footprint supports smaller pin counts via elongated pads that extend through the underside of the chip.

The board is two-sided; one side accepts 0.8mm pitch and the other side accepts 0.5mm pitch.
