Development breakout for the ESP8285 (ESP8266 with embedded 1 Mbyte flash). All GPIOs broken out to 0.1 inch edge pins, FTDI230XQ so ESP8255 can be programmed and send serial out through Micro-B USB connector. MIC5528 3V3, 500 mA LDO regulator for plenty of power through LiPo battery or VUSB. MAX1555 LiPo battery charger for battery powered applications. Voltage divider for battery voltage monitoring using ADC. BME280 pressure/temperature/humidity sensor and VEML6075 UVA/B sensor on board for basic environmental sensing and to demonstrate I2C sensor management and wifi webcasting of the data. Boot and reset buttons for easier programming.
