ESP8266 add-on board for Teensy 3.2 with all pins broken out. Teensy 3.2 program pin can be connected to ESP8266 GPIO 5 to affect OTA programming of the Teensy via UART transfer from the ESP8266 to the Teensy on Serial3. Simple solder pad for wire antenna is very effective.

Designed for a single panel (45x7) of the Luminator MAX3000 Side Sign.
Here is Arduino code that runs a simple clock on the display. The Arduino project also includes my custom library with functions for turning single dots on/off by coordinate, and a full ASCII 5x7 font.

This board has been confirmed to work well, although there is plenty of room for electronic design improvements.
