Allows you to replace a sms bios with a M27C256B or AT28C256 eprom/eeprom providing you have already flashed it with a working sms bios.
Use 2 jumpers to switch between the two chips and the jumpers are placed with one jumper on the top row and another on the bottom row going from left to right.
It will not work if you place a jumper going from the top row to the bottom.
