PWM controller for…anything. MOSFET pads not included. This circuit can be used for driving a flyback transformer or making electronic noises. Connect the labeled outputs to a pair of MOSFETS if you want to drive a flyback or connect one of the outputs directly to an amplified speaker if you want to make noises.

This is the first version of a board based on a “Pocket Theremin” published in a Popular Science article. I’ve tested the board and it is functional. You will need to attach two variable resistors in the indicated locations. The variable resistors can be anything–playdough, photoresistors, saltwater, conventional variable resistors, etc. May want to use larger capacitors than the indicated 0.01uF–I went as high as 0.4uF. Bigger capacitors=lower frequency. Be creative!
