This is a small minimalistic Atmel328p/Arduino board meant for experimental breadboard designs. It features a FTDI and an AVR ISP connector. All commonly used MCU pins are available at the breadboard headers. There is no onboard power regulator, so supplied voltage can be anything between 2.4 and 5V. The zipfile contains the gerber files and a pdf file with full schematic, BOM, outline and assembly diagrams and an embedded interactive 3D model view (for the interactive 3D view, use a recent acrobat reader to open the pdf file. Otherwise the last page is just empty)

A simple square wave oscillator using an astable multivibrator. Has an LED output for visualization. I used this oscillator for my Team Valor Light-Up Badge for Pokemon GO.

Tested and works.
