Outer oven controller for the HP10811 double oven oscillator based upon a design by Warren Sarkison.
The darlington power transistor should have a high beta at the oven current. I used a house-numbered part with a beta of around 1000.
IC1 is a dual op amp like a TL082.
C8 and C9 should be quality, low leakage caps.
R7/R8/R9 can be adjusted for different input voltages and oven currents.
The three pads on the right end of the board are for monitoring test points.

The new lightsaber driver board. Plays crystal clear, loud sound AND drives 4 separate LEDs for awesome color mixing. Sounds and LED configuration can be loaded via a Micro SD card. Advanced users can even reprogram it over micro USB. Will fit in most standard sabers with 1.25" inner diameter and minimum 4" depth. Very low power used in the off state, no kill key needed during storage. Everything is powered with efficient switching regulators for longer battery life.

Built for my PCB (5 Transistor amp v1.2). This project would require two (Four 2N3055 - Balanced PCBs) for one (5 Transistor amp v1.2 PCB), and would replace Q3 & Q5 on the (5 Transistor amp v1.2). Just connect EBC from The (Four 2N3055 - Balanced PCBs) to EBC of the (5 Transistor amp v1.2). Use heat-sinks and fans.

For the iLap transponders. The idea is that this gives you more freedom to mount the IR LED while tucking away the main unit inside the body of your aircraft or ground vehicle. This protects the costly main unit from ejections or impact in crashes.
This PCB is mainly to provide a firm, flat surface for adhesives. This can easily be done by soldering the LED to wires.
