VERIFIED WORKING
Arduino Uno shield for programming the ATtiny2313/4313 Push in style chip. Including LED for testing with default blink example, breakout headers for ATtiny2313/4313 pin output to test and develop programs before permanent application, and a jumper to disconnect the capacitor to program the Arduino Uno.

NOTE: The breakout headers for the chips are designed to be applied to the top layer. And the ATtiny is designed to be mounted on the bottom of the shield.
