PLEN servo acting strange

I've been working with a PLEN robot for a few weeks now. It has been working perfectly until yesterday, when its left shoulder servo started moving on its own (servo #0). As soon as I turn it on, the servo starts shaking vigorously, and won't stop no matter what command I give, including the home position. Even reseting the servo through the control server doesn't do anything.

It also doesn't turn as far as its counterpart (servo #12). For example, when I give a 'clap' command, the right arm will move normally, but the left arm won't perform the action.

Please help. I will try to post a short video displaying this error.

Thank you!

Re: PLEN servo acting strange

I had the same observation before, seems it happens when the battery used up to a low level that the control board cannot operate normally, when I charged the battery before the control board went out of control, I don't see such issue happened anymore.

Hope it helps.
