RF Optimization Expert
[Job Description]
1. Responsible to support all related optimization tasks for LTE projects.
2. Require minimum 2 years of experience in LTE on Live Network (Not on Trail).
3. Require minimum 10 years of experience in RF Optimization.
4. Required to provide analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation to improve network quality issues.
5. Required to assist customer VIP problem investigation.
6. Required to complete KPI reporting and performance review reports for rollout tasks
7. Required to assist SCFT & Cluster optimization Acceptance.
8. Required to support implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of RAN database parameters.
9. Required very good knowledge of Air-Interface Optimization related to LTE System.
10. Good English communication skill.
At least 2 Years of RF optimization Experience on Live LTE Network.

Sr. RF Engineer :
[Job Description]
