Since I've figured out how to adjust the print size in Autodesk Print-Studio, it has become my favorite program to generate supports.
However, the built-in slicer in Nanodlp has problems with STL files in ASCII format from Print-Studio.
STL files in binary format do not appear to be affected.
This is the Model:
Here is a layer pass through of the STL-file in ascii-format,
the first two layers are completely empty:

Mike,
Open ASCII STL file with notepad++ or similar program, it is pretty easy to read source file. Make sure there is no empty layers at the beginning.

If i do it with Asiga Stomp and Asiga Sleece, it seems to be a correct STL-ASCII-File.
File:
Printstudio_ASCII.zip

I have found the cause of the issue. Please, try the beta version and let me know if the issue still persist.

Mike,
Are you sure you have not filled rpi's SD card capacity? I have tried your source file plus couple of more with any issue today.

I still get an error when importing the STL file with build 1329.
I have then reinstalled build 1323, and here is the import without error, but with the already mentioned layers.
(By the way, I always using the same file)
Build 1329

What is your Z resolution? First you receive error http://www.nanodlp.com/forum/uploads/0f … a55f08.jpg and next during print you receive this one? http://www.nanodlp.com/forum/uploads/16 … fe6390.png

The Z resolution was 0.1 mm each time.
Why the first error message came at the first layer, I can unfortunately no longer understand.
According to Asiga Sleece, there are 130 layers.

NanoDLP takes 154 layers instead of 130 layers.

Everything now seems to be perfect.
The only thing that irritates me a bit is this message:

It is fine, the message is not realtime. So if you have opened the panel before completion of slicing you will see this message.
