of course, I even tried a new installation of the whole system
at the beginning, I have too much USB but the USB storage not working,
and when I delete them they never come back even if the storage is in or not, the /media dir became empty

Here what is happening,
I tried to install another fresh installation with noobs and select raspian stretch lite,
before installing nano dlp I checked if there is anything in /media and there isn't.
then I installed nanodlp throw advanced installation and checked /media again before inserting any USB storages
and there were too many USBs as the previous Image,
and after inserting the USB storage nothing changed and the files didn't show

Very strange, do you have automount installed? Usually it get installed automatically by setup script if your rpi is connected to internet.

Yes, I checked and It is installed with the latest version!

It is general linux thing and not specific to nanodlp. If you could not solve it by searching about the issue over the net, take image of your SD card and share it somewhere.

If I downgrade and used raspbian Jessie, can this fix the error?
