Successful Prints
We are printing lots of models each day with following setup (we cast them)
I am quite interested to see what people could achieve using their printers.
Software: nanodlp (direct control)
Machine: Custom
Resolution: z: 25micron xy: 60 and 80micron
Projector: Acer BD6510H
VAT Floor: Sylgard

We are using lots of different resins, to be honest casting differences among them is very subtle as long as you are using good oven. It is just matter of pricing and other general material attributes.

I use custom mixed resin , it's calibration for DLprinter.com
