Over or Under Exposed?

Can I get some advice about fine tuning my prints?

My printer is a bottom up, focused at 40um in XY and 25um in Z axis.
Antialias enabled.
The hole in the picture below is .5mm diameter.
The resin used is B9 Emerald, which has additives to facilitate castability, but makes it a little harder to print fine details compared to crisper resins.

To get a rounder hole, should I increase or decrease exposure times?

the photos do not understand much, but in theory should lower the cure time, it would seem overcuring
