Hole diameter and wall thickness differ from original STL

Are there any way to get exact dimentions?
Holes become narrower, walls thicker due to parasite light.

From software perspective only dimming could helps. From hardware perspective tank's bottom (FEP/PDMS) and light source could help. (LCD probably could yield better results)
Resin formulated for high resolution also could be more effective.

There is no way to achieve exact dimension even room temperature would have effect on dimension. You need to accept degree of error.

It depends on your VAT floor. For FEP I use 8px 25%. For PDMS 4PX 40%

Could you say why the calibrated print table has columnes with 0.6 sec exposure and more, but prints failed even on 1.0 and more?

Lots of factors effects print failure rate. Specially piece angle, base to top strength ratio, piece position according to plate all are having great effect.
