Wifi Disconnect issues; can I connect via USB?

I have intermittent connection to my Pi3; currently I'm not even sure if it's printing after a bit since the wifi stops connecting.
(It SHOULD continue to finish a print after losing wifi, right?)

The www.nanodlp.com/dashboard still shows the pi connected but will not let me open its interface.
The Pi has a constant red light with the green occasionally flashing on it.
The Pi3 is connected to a 3.0USB plug on my PC.

I cannot wire it by Ethernet where I have to use the resin printer.

Is there any way to use the downloaded Windows NanoDLP app to connect to it via USB?

Maybe it crashes. You should not get disconnected from it.
