every plate seems to have some type of error from the log and i have no idea how to fix it if there is anything i can do on my end.

Please, try the latest beta version. I have done complete rewrite on the part which throw error.

Done, and it seems to no longer be crashing on windows or on the pi itself. Though now when instead it is saying that the plate is corrupted. It may just be an unoptimum layer height for this model, but 50 microns seems to be the offender, because I can slice at 35 or 65 microns and it slices fine but 50 causes problems.

Could you share STL file so I could try reproduce the issue.

It was occuring with the make rook off of thingiverse, nothing special at all. just 50 micron slicing, didnt add or change the stl. just downloaded and tried to slice.

I think I figured out what the issue is.
as I also ran into an issue after adding supports to a model that previously sliced fine.
If the layers happen to hit precisely on an area of the model with either non manifold triangles, or self intersections it messes the slicer up as you would expect.
It's what i have observed, as after I run the models through limitstate fix, to repair those particular issues things slice fine with no issues anymore no matter the layer height

It will be really helpful if you could share one STL file that crash slicer.

The stl I linked to the Make Rook 2015 resin torture test, is the model in question.
I will upload it to my drop box so you can download it and compare my exact STL, though it is the same STL that can be downloaded.

When sliced at 50 micron instead of things crashing unexpectedly the error is handled and now states that the plate is corrupted.

Thanks for STL file, I have sliced STL with 50micron without issue. Maybe it fixed on latest builds as crash references are also not correct.
Could you try slicing that on the latest version?

Getting these same errors (panic: runtime error: index out of range) on build 1693 with the following mode at 100um:

It kills NanoDLP, and everytime I reboot it, it picks up the slicing again so only way to stop it was to quickly browse through to plates, and delete model before it started slicing it again.

I could not reproduce the issue on the latest build. Please, upgrade to the latest version.

Isn't 1693 the latest stable build?
Offline
Correct it is latest stable, even-though I have tested that file on tip (beta version). I doubt there should be much difference.
Please, share debug file as it contains all config files. Will try with your configurations to see if I could reproduce it or not.
