Good Day.
Do you plan add support for raspberry PI touch LCD in the future?
User can upload many files by ethernet. When he can choose one file by LCD and START/STOP/PAUSE/RESUME print.
When user push PAUSE, Z axis move up for 3cm, when he check quality of print.
I think 7in LCD is very big. And you can use standart web UI. Just open http://127.0.0.1:8080 for fullscreen.

We have already provided such service for a manufacturer. But the second display runs on another board (Android one) not the same board which used by nanodlp.

I've made with 2.4 LCD and connected via serial to Arduino
Is also able to communicate directly to the Raspberry
I just was not able to read the port I2C
To read the IP and resume printing
