Currently, these buttons

are only accessible by clicking the "Update your settings" button on the profile page. These buttons used to be located at the bottom of the main profile page.

Since both of these buttons are not related to account settings they should be moved back onto the main profile page, possibly under the existing "Update your settings" button. This will clear up any potential confusion as to where the buttons are and makes them more easily accessible.
